Meet Meaghan Brandow

My name is Meaghan Brandow and I am a limited licensed professional counselor. After receiving my MA of Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2011, I have served in several roles as a therapist and clinical supervisor. My professional areas of interest include couples counseling, perinatal mental health, parent/child attachment and relationships, spirituality, and healing systemic racism and inequity. I believe that we were never meant to do life alone- and that the greatest healing happens in the context of relationships.  When working with me, you can expect a safe and compassionate space for your mind, body, and soul. My therapy practice is informed largely by attachment theory and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT); additional evidence-based practices that may be present in the counseling room include CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) and Mindfulness. I love supporting people in finding new ways of “being with” others- so that they can have the fulfilling connections and relationships that we are designed for!
